Orders & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund or an exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at service@warmthe.com. If your return for an exchange is approved by our customer service team, you will be issued a return label for the return of any/all returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange in an email will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To start an exchange, you can contact us at service@warmthe.com. If your return for an exchange is approved by our customer service team, you will be issued a return label for any/all returned items. Your exchange order will ship once your return package is received. 

 

Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at service@warmthe.com. If your return is approved by our customer service team, you will then be responsible for the return shipment of any/all returned items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at service@warmthe.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
